Welcome to Elitedriveaga. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and car rental services. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent car rental experience in Morocco.
2. Driver Requirements
- Age Limit: The primary driver must be at least 21 years old.
- Driving License: A valid driving license held for at least one (1) year is required. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended if your license is not in Latin script.
- Identification: A valid passport or national ID card must be presented upon vehicle delivery at the airport.
3. Booking and Payment Policy (No Deposit)
We pride ourselves on offering a completely transparent, stress-free booking process:
- Zero Deposit: We do not require any online deposit or blocked funds on your credit card to secure your booking.
- Payment on Arrival: The full rental amount is payable upon vehicle handover. We accept cash in major currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, MAD).
4. Insurance and Liability
All our rental vehicles come with standard insurance coverage. Full comprehensive insurance is available upon request. The renter is responsible for any traffic fines, parking tickets, or toll charges incurred during the rental period. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs immediately voids all insurance coverage.
5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions
The rented vehicle must only be driven within the geographical borders of Morocco. Off-road driving (unless the vehicle is a designated 4x4 SUV approved for such use) is strictly prohibited. The vehicle must not be used for commercial towing, racing, or subleasing.
